Xtend Barre

I went to my first Xtend Barre class at South Tampa Pilates last night and LOVED it!  It was great feeling the burn in all the muscles that don't get used on my frequent runs.  As this morning continues the soreness is creeping in all sorts of places; triceps, shoulders, outer thighs, calves, upper rear (my sole reason for going so mission accomplished), core.  I really love that feeling as weird as it sounds.  Sore muscles are what tell me it was a good workout.  The class fees will definitely have to cut into some of my shopping budget, but will be well worth it.  If clothes aren't fitting the way I prefer, then the fun of getting dressed loses some of its luster...and we definitely can't be having that!

Anyone else inspired to try this workout?
