Pre-Fall 2012 - Givenchy

I've looked through many, many, many of the designers pre-fall 2012 lines.  Givenchy's jumped out at me.  I just think it's perfection.  The tailoring, the knee-high boots, crisp head wear, the colors of olive, black, camel & nude; all military inspired and it all works for me.  I think what also captivated me was the editorial value that was added by where the shots were taken.  I love statuesque models shot in areas of everyday life.  It makes their beauty that much more apparent.

This coat is one of the loveliest I've ever seen.

I can't get over how cool these shoulder-high gloves are...you have to be able to dominate a room to wear these.  Also love the dress!

I wonder if I should purchase this shirt?  But that's not how I see our Porter at all, although I'm sure many others do. :(

More to come for sure....as I have a few more favorites.

Lol, the boots are like my favorite part of the outfit! They literally go from the ground to the knee, elongating the leg...us 5'5" shorties need that sometimes. :)
