Fashionista Friday: Drag Queen Time

I saw La CAge Aux Folles this week with two lovely ladies, Jessica and Erika.  So entertaining!

Favorites parts of the show were always when the ensemble was on stage.  I honestly can't figure out the following:
 1) how those cross dressers got that flexible - one in particular was freakish
2) how those men/ladies have thighs skinnier than my arms
3) how nothing is popping out when they bend over with their asses facing the crowd.  Trust me, I was looking.  You really couldn't help but not to.

George Hamilton (equivalent to the character of Robin Williams in The Birdcage) was none of those listed above.  For one, he's 72.  And he moved like a 72-year-old.  A little stiff, dance moves a beat slower than the others, more of a shuffle than a sashay -- I hope you can vision him clearly now.  Christopher Sieber was really fantastic as Albin & Zaza (Nathan Lane's character in The Birdcage).  The perfect flaming gay we all love to laugh at.

Next, I'm traveling this weekend for my bestie's bachelorette party, yeeeeaaaaa!  Hamburger Mary's was on the invitation as one of the places we'll be going to.  Hoping for more drag queens!  I know the Hamburger Mary's in Ybor City Tampa has drag shows on Saturday nights so hoping the Kansas City location is similar.  Seeing this many drag queens in one week is highly unusual for me.

So thought I would post some famous drag queens since they are fashion icons in some circles.
